About me

I am Naznin Akter. I have received my Ph.D. (2022) and MS (2020) degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Department of ECE at Florida International University (FIU), where I worked at the INSYST Integrated Nanosystems Research Lab. I am a former Module Development Engineer for Intel Corporation. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™). With over 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, 3 years in project management within the telecom sector, and 3.5 years of volunteer experience with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Chapter, along with a strong volunteer presence in both local and global IEEE initiatives, she has cultivated a wealth of knowledge that I am eager to share. My background equips me with a unique blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic insight, which I leverage to drive impactful results and foster continuous improvement in every endeavor.
